We strive to offer the lowest possible pricing on our scrapbooking products. In order to do so, on orders less than $40, we calculate shipping costs by weight in order to keep shipping costs to a miminum. (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, USVI etc shipping costs are based on total ship weight)

When Will My Order Ship?
Orders enter our fulfillment system at noon Central Time Monday - Friday and usually ship in 2-3 business days.
Orders are marked shipped and tracking numbers are uploaded to the website at the end of each day, usually around 7pm CST.
Please note these are good faith estimates of when products will ship. Often, items will ship quicker, but sometimes it does take longer and we cannot guarantee specific shipping arrival dates.
How does my order ship?
Orders shipping to an address within the US will ship via DHL Business Mail Priority. DHL transports the package over the long distances to the local post office. The US Postal Service handles final delivery to its destination. Orders within the US can be tracked either with the postal service or DHL.
Orders shipping to international addresses ship via DHL Global Mail. Shipments to Australia, Canada and the UK will have tracking information, shipments to all other locations do NOT and may take up to 25 business days to arrive.
Incorrect 'Ship To' Address Specified
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address specified is correct. MidwestScrapbook.com is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses specified at the time of order placement. Additional shipping charges may be incurred as a result of an incorrect shipping address specified and will be billed to your original method of payment as a separate transaction. In the event an incorrect address is specified at the time of order placement, replacement products can be re-shipped at the customer's expense. A refund less any original shipping costs paid will only be issued if the entire order is returned due to an incorrect address and the items are in salable condition.
APO, FPO and US Territories
Due to the high cost to ship to these areas we are unable to offer free shipping to the areas. Shipping costs will be calculated by product weight.

International Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an international order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
PLEASE NOTE THAT STANDARD SHIPPING SERVICE DOES NOT OFFER TRACKING INFORMATION ON INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES. IF STANDARD SHIPPING SERVICE IS CHOSEN, IT CAN TAKE UP TO 25 BUSINESS DAYS FOR PACKAGES TO ARRIVE. ADDITIONALLY, CUSTOMS FEES AND DUTIES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PURCHASER AND MAY BE DUE AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY/PICK-UP. As DHL does not offer tracking or delivery confirmation services for international deliveries, we cannot track lost or delayed packages. For some countries, an order may take up to 90 days to arrive.
The only exception to this is shipping to the UK, Australia and Canada. Packages shipped to these countries are via DHL Direct Duties Paid so no additional fees are due upon receipt. Shipments to Australia, Canada and the UK may be tracked here.
Customs/Duties/VAT/GST Taxes
We label all customs forms with the actual cost of items ordered (before shipping cost) and all are marked as merchandise. We do not mark items as 'Gifts' or 'Samples'.
Products Out Of Stock
We make every effort to make sure our website is updated continously with the most accurate count of available product quantity. In the event that a product becomes "out of stock" between the time you place your order and the time it ships, we will ship all available items and refund you for any items that are out of stock.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 15 days of purchase of unopened, unused items. A return authorization is required, and all returns of non-defective items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. To request a return, log into your account and request a return for the applicable items. If accepted, any shipping charges paid with the original order will not be refunded. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receipt of item, and are issued back to the original method of payment. Please be aware if the refund is to a credit card it could take an additional 5-7 business days for funds to clear from the credit card company.
What if the tracking information says my package was delivered but I don't have it?
Occasionally a carrier will scan a package as delivered before it arrives at the final destination. When this happens, the package is usually delivered within the next few business days.
